1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ProteusX SEO ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ProteusX SEO is a search engine optimization management platform operated by ProteusX Consulting. The Service provides SEO auditing, rank tracking, site monitoring, reporting, review management, and integrations with third-party services including Google Ads, Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, Google Business Profile, Meta, and Stripe.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Third-Party Integrations

The Service integrates with third-party platforms via OAuth authorization. By connecting a third-party account, you authorize us to access and use data from that service as described in our Privacy Policy.

Your use of third-party services through ProteusX SEO is also subject to those services' own terms, including:

• Google API Terms of Service
• Google API Services User Data Policy

You may revoke access to any third-party integration at any time by disconnecting the integration within the Service or by revoking access in the third-party service's settings.

5. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you input into the Service and all data retrieved from third-party services on your behalf. We do not claim ownership of your data.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and any terms required by connected third-party services.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. ProteusX Consulting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
